All parcels are shipped using Australia Post. All orders have tracking information. Below are Australia Post's general timeframes for parcels. Please allow for extra days if your location is classified as regional.
Standard Domestic: 1 - 4 business days
Express Domestic: 1 - 3 business days
Standard International: 10 - 20 business day
Express International: 2 - 7 business days

Exchanges & Returns
All items can be exchanged or refunded if returned within 14 business days of receipt and returned in their original condition.
We'll also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and the shipping method has been agreed to prior to the item being returned to us.
Custom orders, such as custom size rings and bangles, CANNOT be exchanged or returned.

International Taxes & Charges:
International orders might be required to pay customs and import taxes at arrival; these are the customer's responsibility. They may be a government requirement of import and we have no control over them and will not refund customers for any charges.
